Mr. Olatotse was admitted to practice law in the Courts of the Republic of Botswana in the year 2007. He was also admitted as a Conveyancer and Notary Public in the year 2008. His areas of practice include litigation, commercial property and real estate, civil litigation, drafting of agreements, administration of estates, tax law, company formation, debt collection, labour law as well as legal consultancy in many areas of the law. Mr. Olatotse has among others handled labour disputes on behalf of Debswana, Brickbuild t/a Panda, Cash Bazaar, J Haskins & Sons and Civil Aviation Authority of Botswana, Botswana Meat Commission and China Railway Seventh Group.

Mr. Olatotse has also provided various corporate advice to Tati River Clinic (Pty) Ltd, Brickbuild t/a Panda and Tati Nickel Mining Company (Pty) Ltd.
