Mr. Solomon was admitted to practise law in the Courts of Botswana in the year 2007. He was admitted as a Conveyancer and Notary Public in 2008. He has special interest in Insurance law, Employment and Labour law, Land law and Banking law and Commercial law in general. He has previously worked as Principal Attorney and Head of Legal Services for the Francistown City Council where he dealt with a variety of legal issues for the council, with special emphasis on contract drafting and management as well as dispute resolution. He is well versed in Public Law and Administrative Law. He also has experience in Legal Insurance Industry.

He has handled a variety of legal matters for big corporates like Debswana, BCL, CEDA, Francistown City Council, Central District Council, Selibe Phikwe Town Council, Chobe District Council, to mention but a few.
